Refund, Return & Warranty Policy   Last Updated: 16th December 2025   Shikhar Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Shikhar Automation”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is engaged in the supply of industrial automation products, components, and solutions. Due to the technical and application-specific nature of our products, we do not offer a general refund or return policy. However, we are fully committed to providing after-sales support strictly in accordance with the respective manufacturer’s warranty terms and guidelines.
  1. No Refund Policy
  • All sales made by Shikhar Automation are final.
  • We do not provide refunds for products once they have been sold, dispatched, or delivered.
  • Refunds will not be issued for reasons including but not limited to incorrect selection by the customer, change in requirements, project delays, or order cancellations after confirmation.
  1. No Return / Exchange Policy
  • Industrial automation products are typically made-to-order, application-specific, or sensitive electronic components.
  • Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been supplied.
  • Any exceptions, if applicable, will be solely at the discretion of Shikhar Automation and subject to written approval prior to dispatch.
  1. Manufacturer Warranty Support
  • All products supplied by Shikhar Automation are covered only by the warranty provided by the original manufacturer.
  • Warranty period, coverage, and terms vary from brand to brand and are governed entirely by the manufacturer’s policies.
  • Shikhar Automation acts as a facilitator to assist customers in coordinating warranty claims with the manufacturer or authorized service centers.
  1. Warranty Claim Process
  To initiate a warranty-related support request, customers must:
  1. Notify Shikhar Automation in writing (email or official communication) with:
    • Purchase invoice copy
    • Product details (make, model, serial number)
    • Clear description of the issue
  2. Follow the diagnostic and inspection process as advised by Shikhar Automation or the manufacturer.
  3. Ship the product to the designated service center if required, as per manufacturer guidelines.
  Note: Warranty claims are subject to approval by the manufacturer after inspection and testing.
  1. Warranty Limitations
  Warranty support will not apply in cases including but not limited to:
  • Improper installation or wiring
  • Incorrect usage or application mismatch
  • Physical damage, mishandling, or tampering
  • Power surges, environmental damage, or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear or consumable items
  Such cases may be chargeable and handled on a best-effort basis.
  1. Technical Support
  • Shikhar Automation provides commercially reasonable technical support related to product selection, installation guidance, and basic troubleshooting.
  • On-site support, advanced troubleshooting, or rework (if required) may be chargeable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  1. Liability Disclaimer
  • Shikhar Automation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including production loss, downtime, or profit loss.
  • Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the supplied product as per the original invoice, subject to manufacturer warranty approval.
  1. Governing Law
  This policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
